The Garden Club of New Milford will present "All Aboard," a flower show, today from 2 to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The judged standard flower show, which will be held at the railroad station on Railroad Street, will emphasize fresh plant material.
The show will feature 24 design entries, including meal trays, tables, pedestals and different classes of small designed inspired by trains traveling the New York, New Haven and Hartford lines.
The horiculture portion of the show, designated by the names of train cars, will feature a variety of entries each judged for its excellence.
They will include container-grown herbs and edibles, perennials grown for foliage or flowers, house plants, shrubs, trees and annuals.
The third portion of the show will feature educational exhibits created by the Garden Club, the Housatonic Railroad and the Danbury Railroad Museum.
Patrons will be encouraged to look for a surprise on the railroad tracks.
