To the Editor:

Have you ever noticed some people are determined to have a bad day?

They subscribe to the three Cs --criticize, complain and condemn.

As a youngster in Wyoming, our family enjoyed going out to Guernsey Lake. There are impressive picnic shelters and a visitors' center/museum built of massive stone and timber. These were built by another three Cs -- the Civilian Conservation Corps.

Now, some 75 years later, they are standing strong in service to the public and as testimony to those who made the right choice.

The choices we make each day can determine the kind of day it will be for us and for others. Which will it be?

Thanks for reading.
