The Connecticut Clay Artists will present its 14th annual show and sale Aug. 16 to 18.

The event will kick off with a reception with the artists Aug. 16 from 5 to 7 p.m. and continue with the show and sale Aug. 17 and 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the Jewish Community Center in Sherman at 9 Route 39 South.

CCA work includes professionally handbuilt, wheel-thrown and sculpted art made from stoneware, porcelain and earthenware.

The clay is fired in electric, wood, gas and Raku kilns.

Members of CCA include Paula Sibrack Marian, of Sherman; Annette Morasco Marcus, of Brookfield; Stephen Becroft, Paula Cook, Katie Tynan Helu and Peggy Thomas, all of Ridgefield; Sue Ann Heller of Fairfield; Sarah Koster, of New York; and Rosalind Liljengren, Karen Pinto and Joan Zagrobeiny, all of Newtown.
