The Sherman Chamber Ensemble will conclude its summer concert series Sept. 4-5 and offer two free bluegrass concerts Sept. 5-6.

“The Heavenly Harp, The Sultry Clarinet” performances will be given Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, routes 7 and 341, Kent and Sept. 5 at 8 p.m. at the Lake Mauweehoo Clubhouse, Leach Hollow Road, Sherman.

The free “Bluegrass and More” performances will be staged Sept. 5 at 2 p.m. at the Lake Mauweehoo Clubhouse and Sept. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Village Shops in the center of Kent.

Selections include pop and folk favorites and feature Eliot Bailen on guitar and vocals, Susan Rotholz on flute and vocals, Gary DiGiovanni on banjo and vocals, Peter Weitzner on bass, Derrik Jordan on fiddle and vocals, Jim Vogt on mandolin and guitar, and Bob O’Conner on guitar and vocals.

Tickets are $30 for adults and $25 for seniors and students at the door and $5 less per ticket if purchased at Lawn tickets for the Sept. 4 concert in Sherman are $10.
