The Sherman Chamber Ensemble will offer free jazz-inspired performances Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.

The concerts will be held at the Sherman Congregational Church on Church Road Nov. 30 at 4 p.m. and at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church on Main Street in Kent Dec. 1 at 3 p.m.

The concerts will feature jazz-inspired classics and classics-inspired jazz for piano, flute, cello, bass and drums, featuring jazz-inspired renditions of holiday favorites and original compositions by the performers.

Performers will include pianist Ted Rosenthal, flutist and vocalist Susan Rotholz, cellist Eliot Bailen, bassist Thomson Kneeland and drummer Chris Parker.
