Danbury LWV to hold at-large Council Debate

The Danbury Area League of Women Voters will sponsor a debate for Common Council candidates running for the seven at-large seats in Danbury on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in White Hall on Western Connecticut State University's midtown campus, White Street and Fifth Avenue.

John Neumuller will tape the debate for a "Danbury Live" broadcast on Channel 23.


On Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. until noon, Danbury's registrars of voters will conduct a special in-person voter registration session only for those who have moved to Danbury, reached age 18 or become a U.S. citizen since Oct. 27.
