DuBois cited for EMT skills
Mrs. DuBois, a member since 1999, is secretary for membership.
She first became an EMT while attending college in New Hampshire.
Mrs. DuBois has consistently done more than 100 calls per year and was honored two years ago with the Bruce Nearing Award for her outstanding contributions to the ambulance group.
She is also an instructor for the American Red Cross.
When asked what she enjoys most about being an EMT and serving with the organization, she said "working with the public and helping people."
