'Dancing on the Mountain' set in Kent
Earl Mosley's Institute of the Arts has announced its Dancing on the Mountain summer performance schedule in Kent.
Performances will be held July 14, 21, 27 and Aug. 4 at 7 p.m. at Marvelwood School, 476 Skiff Mountain Road.
The performances will be choreographed by visiting dancer/educators and will be performed by the EMIA students age 14 and older.
A donation of $10 per adult is suggested; children under 12 will be admitted for free.
In addition to these shows, Brian Harlan Brooks' "Continuum" and Alenka Cizmesja's "Art DeConstructed" will be performed by EMIA artists in a special performance July 20 at 7 p.m. at Marvelwood. Admission is $20.
In other news, free dance classes will be offered July 14 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Golden Falcon field in Kent.
