The Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut based in New Milford will hold its eighth annual fundraiser, "Bon Appétit: A Culinary Showcase & Auction," March 15 at 5:30 p.m.

The event, to be held at Steele Hall at Canterbury School on Aspetuck Avenue, will offer a selection of hors d'oeuvres and desserts prepared and served by students and graduates.

Wine, beer, and a signature cocktail will be served.

The event will feature a silent and live auction.

Items up for bid will include an African Safari, a Thai cooking class with CCSNC graduate Suchada Palmer, a Skip Barber High Performance Driving School experience, a Winged Foot Golf Course (host of the 2020 US Open) package, a Mayflower Inn dinner and limo package and more.
