Couple charged with risk of injury, drug paraphernalia
Police searched their Jotham Road home during the investigation of a February robbery of a New Milford bank.
Jones and Annunziata are each being held on $100,000 bond on those charges.
He is scheduled to return to court Friday, April 24 and she is scheduled to apear in court Tuesday, April 28 to enter their respective pleas in Superior Court in Bantam.
Jones was already being held on a $100,000 bond on charges of first-degree robbery and second-degree larceny stemming from a Feb. 25 robbery at Bank of America along Main Street in New Milford.
Jones left the Bank of America branch that day with $2,700.
During the robbery, he said he had a gun, although no gun was displayed, police said.
