'Come See Us Dance' set in Kent
The Earl Mosley Institute of the Arts based in Kent will hold a "Come See Us Dance" event May 4 from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
The program at the Kent Community House on Route 7 North will feature performances by EMIA students and guest artists.
The family event will offer a just for kids area, staffed by EMIA dancers, for children ages 4 and older.
Proceeds will benefit EMIA's 2013 summer intensive scholarship fund.
Started in 2005 as a subsidiary of the not-for-profit Diversity of Dance, EMIA brings together young students from diverse cultural, economic, and geographic backgrounds to share their passion for dance and movement as a means to achieve their highest levels of excellence
Tickets are $150, each with special scholarship underwriting opportunities.
