The 60th Bridgewater Country Fair will be held Aug. 19-21 on the grounds behind the firehouse on Route 133 in Bridgewater.

The event, which will draw thousands of patrons from the Greater New Milford area and throughout the region, is sponsored as its chief fundraiser by the Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Department.

The fair will be open Aug. 19 from 4 to 11 p.m., Aug. 20 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Aug. 21 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Fair highlights will include an opening ceremony Aug. 19 at 6:30 p.m., followed by a parade at 6:45 p.m.; an antique tractor pull Aug. 20 at 2:30 p.m.; a garden tractor pull Aug. 20 at 11:30 a.m.; pedal tractor pulls for children 10 and under Aug. 20 and 21 at 11 a.m.; a firemen's muster Aug. 20 at 11 a.m.; a variety of musical performances throughout the three-day event; and a firemen's raffle.
