Klemm Real Estate, which has offices in Washington and Roxbury, has announced it topped the local real estate market again in 2011 with 12 top sales in Litchfield County and a No. 1 market share countywide.
In addition to Litchfield County, the firm had sizeable sales in New Haven County, Fairfield County and Columbia and Dutchess Counties in New York state.
In 2011, Klemm Real Estate brokered the highest sales in Bridgewater, Cornwall, Litchfield, Middlebury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Roxbury, Torrington, Warren, Washington, and Amenia and Ancramdale, N.Y.
Western Connecticut Health Network has announced its Seifert & Ford Community Health Center, serving the uninsured and under insured at its Main Street location in Danbury, has secured the National Committee for Quality Assurance Level III designation.
A community practice, New Milford Medical Group, has also received a Level III designation.
Joining this distinguished field are Primary Care of Southbury and Brookfield Family Medicine, both having already received Level I recognition.
Carolyn Fugere, vice president for Litchfield Hills Sotheby's International Realty, recently participated in a Dec. 6-9 conference held for individuals who have recently joined the Sotheby's International Realty network of residential real estate brokerages.
Ms. Fugere joined the firm in June.
The conference included business meetings in Short Hills, N.J., and a networking event at the Sotheby's Auction House in New York City.
The real estate firm has offices in Litchfield, Kent, Lakeville and Washington Depot.
