Authors to visit Kent library

Kent Memorial Library will hold its first local author's day on Aug. 3 from noon to 5 p.m.
The event will feature 13 authors, all with ties to the library, and be held during the Chamber of Commerce's Kent Sidewalk Festival through Aug. 4.
Guests will have an opportunity to meet and talk with the authors, as well as purchase book and have them signed.
