AIM is a training and performing company that works with professional choreographers and teachers to provide additional study, challenges and performance opportunities for future young dancers aspiring to professional performance careers.

In the past two seasons, AIM has performed works by Gerald Arpino, founder of the Joffrey Ballet, and Robert Battle, the artistic director of Alvin Ailey.

AIM has performed in fundraising events for charitable organizations, dance initiatives and festivals in Connecticut and New York.

The directors also emphasize the importance of reaching out into the community with adaptive programs in the arts for children and adults with special needs.

This year, AIM will enhance its community outreach program by partnering with local schools to offer adaptive dance programs to children with special needs.
