ASAP dance students to collaborate with Pilobolus

The After School Arts Program, based in Washington and serving northwest Connecticut, is accepting registration for its interdistrict dance project with Pilobolus.
Students in grades three to five will join other state students in a collaborative dance project.
At the end of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to perform alongside the world-famous Pilobolus Dance Theatre in Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 public performances.
The workshop will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:40 to 5:15 p.m., with Monday workshops at Sarah Noble Intermediate School in New Milford and Wednesday at the Wersebe Hall on the Washington Green.
Transportation will be provided to and from Sarah Noble Intermediate School from Washington Primary School in Washington.
A tech rehearsal is scheduled Jan. 30 at the Shepaug Valley Middle/igh School auditorium in Washington.
The participation fee is $120. Financial aid is available.
