Grossman to debate Buck-Taylor
Mr. Grossman's choice to present his challenge through the press before contacting Ms. Buck-Taylor directly did not deter her acceptance.
"I will engage in one debate," she said Monday, "and only one. I would see it occurring sometime in mid-October."
The 67th District seat is being vacated by Republican Clark Chapin, who is running for the 30th District state Senate seat, which represents most of New Milford.
Mr. Grossman said he is most interested in "getting the views of myself and my opponent out to the public.
"I think this year presents a stark choice for voters," he added, "between the two candidates before them."
