Nicholas Fratino, the 9-year-old victim of a New Milford home propane explosion in August, is doing well and living with his mother, Kim Fratino, and his brother, Anthony IV.

In last week's Spectrum, it was reported the two Fratino boys were living with their paternal grandfather in Bridgewater.

However, they have been with their mother, Kim Fratino, and her family in Bridgewater since the accident, attorney Amy Klein's office reported Monday.

Ms. Klein has been appointed by the probate court to oversee the boys' interest. Their father, Anthony Fratino III, was killed in the propane explosion.

"The boys are doing fine," Ms. Fratino said Monday. "Things are getting back to normal. We're at home in New Milford now."

"They're having sleepovers here with their friends," she added.
