Charles Osuch, 87, was born in New Milford

Mr. Osuch was born July 6, 1922, in New Milford, son of the late Szcepan and Zophie (Worlinski) Osuch.
He served in the U.S. Army as an MP during World War II.
Mr. Osuch worked as a farmer at the former Palely Farm in Sharon for 38 years and later worked for the town of Cornwall and Mohawk Ski Area, from which he retired at 62.
He is survived by six children, Charles F. Osuch Jr. of Charlestown, R.I., Stephen Osuch of Knoxville, Ark., Sophie Bock of Interlaken, Fla., Margaret Osuch of Cornwall, Mary Ann Wilber of Morris and Barbara Kilmer of Cornwall Bridge; a sister, Anastasia Tencza of New Milford; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
There are no calling hours.
The Hull Funeral Home of New Milford was in charge of arrangements.
