Wilhelmina M. Levesque, 88, died Nov. 22, 2009, at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife of the late Charles L. Levesque.

Mrs. Levesque was born July 9, 1921, in Stamford, daughter of the late William E. and Wanda (Dulski) Kruger.

She attended Stamford schools and graduated from Stamford High School. She attended the New York School of Cosmetology and was a cosmetic company sales representative in early years.

Upon her marriage, Mrs. Levesque became a homemaker and, along with her husband, raised a family of four.

Mrs. Levesque was a resident of Ridgefield for the past 51 years, having come from Darien.

Mrs. Levesque was a former election poll worker and a member of St. Mary's Church in Ridgefield.

Her greatest joy was her "vacations" surrounded by family and friends at Great Pond.

Mrs. Levesque is survived by two sons, Charles L. Levesque Jr., and his wife, Lisa, of Ridgefield, and Pierre A. Levesque, of New Port Richey, Fla.; two daughters, Paulette (Levesque) Hart, and her husband, Paul, of Danbury, and Michele (Levesque) Curnan, and her husband, Martin, of Bridgewater; a sister, Elizabeth Graham, of White Oak, Texas; 13 grandchildren, Meghan, Eamon, Bridget, Caitlin and Elizabeth Hart, Martin, Emma and William Curnan, Evan, Kyle, Chase and Harrison Levesque and Brittany Levesque; a great-grandson, Jayden Patrick Carl; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Levesque was predeceased by a brother, Max Kruger.

The Kane Funeral Home of Ridgefield was in charge of arrangements.
