Pearl Marie Pacific, 55, of Danbury, died Dec. 3, 2009, after a battle with breast cancer. She was the widow of Michael Pacific Jr., whom she married in March 1976.

Mrs. Pacific was born Nov. 18, 1954, in Danbury, to Nellie and the late Wallace Anderson.

A lifelong resident of the Danbury area, Mrs. Pacific attended schools in Danbury throughout her childhood.

Mrs. Pacific was last employed by Bethel Health Care Rehabilitation Center, where she had worked for many years.

Mrs. Pacific was known for her warm heart, infectious laugh and generosity.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. Pacific is survived by a son, Michael, of Danbury; a sister, Elizabeth Martins, and her husband, Frank, of Bethel; a sister, Linda Fiore, and her husband, Tony, of Danbury; a brother, Ronald Anderson, and his partner, Toni-Ann Robinson, of New Milford; a brother, Victor Anderson, and his wife, Alice, of North Carolina; his mother-in-law, Ruth Pacific, of Danbury; eight brothers-in-law, Peter Pacific, and his wife, Jan, of Lebanon, Gene Pacific, and his wife, Cheryl, of Bethel, Edward, Louis Pacific, Joseph Pacific, and his wife, Debbie, and Andrew Pacific, all of Danbury, and Raymond Pacific, and his wife, Patricia, of New Milford; six sisters-in-law, Marylou Nelson, and her husband, Kenny, Victoria Breece, and her husband, Leon, Jennie Bracco, and her husband, Tony, and Rose Coladarci, and her husband, Steve, all of Danbury, Cindy Mosley, and her husband, George, of Virginia, and Tina Pacific, and her husband, Antonio Brown, of New Milford; her best friend, Chris Bongo, and her husband, Dennis, of Bethel; and many nieces, nephews and friends in the Danbury area and beyond. In addition to her husband and father, Mrs. Pacific was predeceased by her father-in-law, Michael Pacific, and a sister-in-law, Angelina Pacific, both of Danbury.

The Green Funeral Home of Danbury was in charge of arrangements.
