Coach: Brendan Talbot, 4th season.

Assistants: Matt Kutcha, 2nd season, and Greg LaCava, 1st season.

Record, accomplishments: 33-15 for the past three seasons; fourth in 2010 in the South-West Conference and advanced to the second round of the state class `L' tournament.

Key graduation losses: All-staters Brandon Kuring and Sean McMahon; all-South-West Conference Matt Saraceno; Austin Swim and Rory Kennedy.

2011 captains: Shamus Higginbottom, Anthony Palumbo.

Coach's outlook: "We expect to be competitive again in the South-West Conference and state class `L.' We will be younger than usual mostly because of the talent of our sophomore class, with as many as four of them starting. Shamus Higginbottom and Devon McLaughlin return to lead our offense from their attack spots. Our defense will be led by Anthony Palumbo, James Caldwell and goaltender Matt Lalli, who was 4-2 as a freshman starter last year. Nick Groccia has been a difference maker so far in the early spring. The SWC should be more competitive than it has been in the past with many programs making excellent improvements over the past few seasons."
