Washington museum sets programs

The Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington will offer a variety of programs in the coming weeks.
A natural remedies introductory workshop for women will be led by Lupo Passero Jan. 16 from 1 to 3 p.m. The class will focus on herbs for vitality, stress management and healthy hormonal balance.
The winter survival walk will be directed by Jamie Leffler Jan. 22 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
