Washington museum sets programs

The Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington will offer a variety of programs in the coming days.
Programs will include an arrow making workshop Nov. 13 at 11 a.m., a Veterans Day celebration Nov. 14 at noon, a lecture on Native American containers Nov. 14 at 3 p.m., a Scout Day Nov. 20 at 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., an herbal remedy workshop Nov. 21 at 1 p.m., a storytelling celebration on Nov. 27 at 1 p.m., an artifact identification day Dec. 5 at 1 p.m., a lecture about Lake Waramaug Dec. 12 at 3 p.m. and an Indian market Saturdays and Sundays from Dec. 4-19 from noon to 3 p.m.
