Washington museum sets programs
The Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington will offer a variety of programs in the coming weeks and months.
Programs will include a “Tech-it-Out: Flintknapping and Fun” program May 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., an artifact identification day May 16 from 1 to 4 p.m., a “Bat Chat: Getting to Know Our Most Understood Allies” program May 22 at 1 p.m. and a “Doctrine of Signatures Plant Walk” May 23 at 1 p.m.
June’s programs will consist of a program with the Sharon Audubon Society June 12 at 1 p.m. and a wild edibles walk June 26 at 1 p.m.
In addition, the IAIS summer camp will run June 21-Aug. 27.
