The Gunn Memorial Library and Museum in Washington will host a variety of holiday events.

Children's programs will include a Thanksgiving craft tomorrow (Saturday), Nov. 20 at 1 p.m.; a gingerbread house-making session Dec. 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; a holiday sale for children only Dec. 9 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Dec. 10 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and Dec. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Donations of good-as-new gift items, gift boxes and gift wrap are welcome for the sale.

The library will kick off its annual Festival of Trees Dec. 3 with a cocktail party from 5 to 7 p.m.

Decorated trees will be available to purchase the next day, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets to the cocktail party are $12 per person and $20 per couple.

The museum will hold a New Year's Eve party Jan. 2 from 1 to 3 p.m.

An exhibit of Christmas trees decorated by local designers, and old toys and memorabilia in festive settings will be on display at the museum next Friday, Nov. 26 through Jan. 16.
