Students in the culinary program at Devereux Glenholme School in Washington recently donated more than $350 to the New Milford Food Bank.

The students operate a cafe on campus, providing lunch to staff and students.

During "la semana del cinco de Mayo," meaning the week of May 5, the cafe sold Spanish foods to celebrate the holiday and raised more than $350.

The post-graduate students at Glenholme will shop for food supplies and deliver the items to the food bank in the coming weeks.
