The Engineering Department - Recovery and Resiliency Division, Harris County Flood Control District and the Community Services Department will occupy offices on the fourth and sixth floors, according to Avison Young. Move-in is anticipated in July.

"We are pleased to be in a space that will accommodate three Harris County departments and still be near the headquarters for both Harris County Flood Control and Harris County Engineering," Harris County Flood Control District Communications Officer Rob Lazaro said in an announcement.

Avison Young's Sam Hansen, Doug Pack and Jonathan Cohen represented the landlord, NW
Crossing Management, in the deals. Beeman Strong & Co. represented the county in the leases, which have a 5-year term.
