The inaugural New Milford Twilight Run will be held June 1 at 7:45 p.m. with start and finish at Young's Field in New Milford.
The race will be hosted by Breakaway Sports Event Management and is not associated with the Moonlight Run, an event held for many years through 2011. Young's Field Road, as well as portions of Housatonic Avenue and Boardman Road, will be closed during the event.
A Kids' Fun Run will precede the race at 7:15 p.m.
Race proceeds benefit the New Milford High School boys' and girls' cross country teams.

Entry fee will be $21 through May 30, and $25 on race day.
Packet/chip pickup will begin on site at 4:30 p.m.
