Woman's Club praises donations for 'First Baby'

To the Editor:

On behalf of the Woman's Club of Greater New Milford, I would like to extend this letter of appreciation to the local merchants and individuals who donated items for the New Milford First Baby of 2010.

The basket this year held contributions from 15 local businesses and was greatly appreciated by the family of the first baby.

The basket was presented to Lucius Bryant and his proud parents, Jessica Sampias and Arthur Bryant of New Milford.

A special thanks to Dorothy Chrispus of New Milford Hospital for coordinating the gift presentation with the parents and the press.
