Festival of Lights
New Milford's traditional Festival of Lights proved a time for adventure Saturday for many area children, who were seen dashing amongst the lighted Christmas trees on the Village Green, often posing for photos by their parents. Above, 17-month-old Emilee Shanks, front, stoically shares the spotlight with, from left to right, Austin Shanks, 4, Cienna McNamara, 3, and Kelsey Blom, 3, all of New Milford. For more photos from the Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce event, see the Dec. 7 edition of The Spectrum and visit www.newmilfordspectrum.com.
