Eric Williams was selected in late June by the Board of Education to be an assistant principal at New Milford High School.

His 2015-16 salary will be $111,064.

Williams comes to New Milford from Danbury public schools where he has been the social studies department head since 2012.

He is also a school testing coordinator. He began his career in Danbury schools in 2008 as a social studies teacher.

Williams’ educational background includes a B.S in secondary education/history from Western Connecticut State University, an M.S. in literacy education K-12 from the University of New England, and his sixth-year degree in educational leadership from Sacred Heart University.
