11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Amber Alert Child Identification Program, sponsored by the New Milford Rotary Club. Lower level of town Hall. Use the Church Street entrance.

Columbus bingo. South end of the Village Green.

6 p.m.: Children’s Fun Run, sponsored by New Milford Chamber of Commerce and Webster Bank. Pre-registration at the Village Fair Days booth #20, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Races for those aged 4 and under; 5-8 and 9-12.

7-10 p.m.: Music by Higher & Higher. On stage.

SATURDAY, JULY 25

8:30 a.m.: 48th annual 8-mile road race and 13th annual Village Fair Days 5K, sponsored by New Milford Parks & Recreation.

9 a.m.-1 p.m.: Pre-registration for the old-fashioned pie eating contest at American Pie Company Booth L. Two contests: aged 12 and younger and aged 13 and older. T-shirts for all participants. Winners will get $50 gift cards to American Pie Company in Sherman.

10 a.m.: The fair opens.

10 a.m.-10 p.m.: Arts, crafts, business, food and non-profit booths.
