LITCHFIELD — A former New Milford man is facing burglary and larceny charges following his second arrest in two weeks.

Micah Thaisz, 29, of Waterbury was arraigned Monday on charges of third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny following his arrest Friday on a court warrant stemming from an Aug. 24 incident, according to New Milford Police.

Thaisz is also facing a charge of interfering with an officer and possession to use drug paraphernalia from his Friday arrest.

Thaisz was due back in Superior Court in Bantam on Oct. 7 to enter a plea on four drug charges from and Aug. 30 arrest by New Milford Police.

He is presently on five years probation on a March 2013 sentencing on a charge of first-degree accessory to robbery stemming from the January 2011 robbery at Webster Bank on Main Street in New Milford.
