Temple Sholom in New Milford will honor its longtime administrative director, Tamara Potter, on March 19.

The festivities will be held after morning services at 10:30 a.m. at the 122 Kent Road temple.

“Tamara works hard to keep things running smoothly,” said Sandy Singco, honorary chairwoman of the Temple’s honoree committee.

“Quietly she works with all the committees, Rabbi Rosenberg, and the public,” she said. “She is the first voice a person hears when they contact the Temple, and her love comes through when people request information about the Temple and membership.

“Her positive attitude is contagious, and she is an integral part of our community,” Singco said.

To thank Potter, a commemorative journal of honor is being assembled for members of the community.

The journal will be presented to Potter at the reception.

Space for messages, and/or advertisements is available to purchase.

All ads and well wishes are due by Feb. 19.
