Strong Women, Strong Bones under way

The first session will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 to 11:15 a.m. through Aug. 6, with individuals to attend two classes within the same week.
Classes will not be held July 4 and 8.
The second session classes are held Tuesdays from 4:45 to 6 p.m. through Aug. 9.
The SWSB fitness program is targeted to middle-aged and older women to increase strength, balance and flexibility, and is appropriate for both sedentary and active women.
Cost to attend two classes within the same week is $85 and $49 on Tuesdays only.
