St. John's sets concert, meal

St. John's Episcopal Church in Washington will offer to events this weekend.

+A choral requiem mass in observance of All Saints and All Souls will be held Nov. 4 at 5 p.m.

The Rev. Susan J. McCone will officiate and the church's choir will perform.

A free-will offering will be taken.

+A Parson's Table will be held Nov. 7 at 12:30 p.m.

The series, featuring lunch with the Rev. Susan McCone, kicked off last month.

It will include a meal and fellowship, and music by organist choir master Alan Murchie.

Events will be held at the Green Hill Road church.
