Minor Memorial Library in Roxbury will present a concert with Heart & Soul Aug. 24 at 2 p.m.

The concert will celebrate the library's 20th anniversary in its current building, as well as the 10th anniversary of the contemplation garden and the recent installation of the commemorative walkway.

First Selectman Barbara Henry and Timothy F. Beard, chairman of the library board of trustees, will be guest speakers at the South Street library.

Heart & Soul plays a variety of popular music from the 1930s to the present, including songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Doris Day, Adele, Pharrell Williams and James Taylor and others, as well as their own original music.

The group consists of members Chris Coogan, Tony Cruz, Journi Gallwey, Alan Southworth, Fannie Faith Southworth and Jeff Southworth.
