Roxanne Greenley, 57, of Lewisburg, Tenn., formerly of Bethel, died April 22.

Mrs. Greenley had recently moved to Lewisburg to begin a new chapter in her life with her loved ones.

She was born Nov. 10, 1953, to Rocco Jacouzzi of Bethel and the late Catherine R. Jacouzzi. She graduated from Newtown High School, Class of 1972.

She enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., where she received her degree.

Upon graduation, her talent and education earned her positions in a variety of corporate and hospitality settings throughout the country.

She and her late husband, Richard Greenley, also owned the Sandwich Doctor in Bridgeport for 10 years.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Greenley is survived by two daughters, Michelle Ann Lowe, of Monroe, and Tiffany Beth Lowe, of Newtown; her first husband, Dennis Lowe, of Lewisburg; two sisters, Catherine M. Gall, and her husband, John, of Bethel, and Margaret Tinsley, of Roxbury; and two nephews, Tyler Gall, and Blain Tinsley.

There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorials may be made to a local animal shelter of one's choice.
