Route 7 crash sends 1-year-old to hospital

A 22-year-old woman and a 1-year-old baby were transported to Danbury Hospital Wednesday morning after an accident on Route 7, New Milford police said.

Police spokesman Lt. Larry Ash said the two sustained minor injuries in the crash, which happened just after 11 a.m. near 156 Danbury Road (Route 7).

Lt. Ash said the crash is still being investigated. No other information was available Thursday morning.
