The two suspects in a Jan. 18 Webster Bank robbery in New Milford had their cases continued to pre-trial dates in April.

Preston Hanlon, 27, is being held on a $500,000 bond for allegedly entering the bank, displaying a small, silver handgun and demanding money.

He left with about $2,200, according to police. The weapon was later recovered and found to be a plastic toy.

Mr. Hanlon's charges include first-degree robbery and first-degree larceny. His case was continued March 11 to April 21.

Mr. Hanlon's roommate, Michael Joel Thaisz, 24, was released on a $50,000 bond and charged as an accessory in the robbery.

His charges include first-degree accessory to robbery and first-degree accessory to larceny.

Mr. Thaisz' case was continued to April 4. Both cases will be heard in Superior Court in Litchfield.
