Public invited to IAIS programs

The Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington will offer a variety of programs in the coming days.

Offerings will include "African Beat: Ancient Musical Instruments" Feb. 11 from 1 to 2 p.m.; a kids' adventure day Feb. 18 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.; a talk, "Return of the Mountain Lions in Connecticut," Feb. 19 at 1 p.m.; "Puppets and Parables" Feb. 20 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.; and a workshop, "Learn to Play the Indian Love Flute," Feb. 25 from 1 to 2 p.m.
