Adult offerings will include Kent Knitters Sept. 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29 and Oct. 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25 and 27 from noon to 3 p.m.; gentle chair yoga Sept. 9, 16, 23 and 30 and Oct. 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.; “Color Your World” at the senior center Sept. 11 at 2 p.m.; Quiz Night Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. (call library for details); “A Glimpse of India: An Intercultural Eperience,” presented by Valentin Dumitrascu, head of the history department at Marvelwood School, Oct. 4 at 6:30 p.m.; one-on-one tech advice Oct. 7 from noon to 1:30 p.m.; fall book discussion group Oct. 12 at 5 p.m.; poetry and journaling Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. ($20); chess Oct. 21 at 1 p.m.; “Diabetes: Our Journey to Our Health” Oct. 28 at 2:30 p.m.;

The annual book sale will be Sept. 9 and 10, 16, 23 and 30 and Oct. 7, 9, 14, 21 and 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sept. 17 and 24 and Oct. 15, 22 and 29 from noon to 5 p.m., and Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
