Prayer group to meet in Sherman

Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Sherman offers a centering prayer group meeting the first Wednesday of each month from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The group will next meet Jan. 2 at the Sherman Center church.

The meeting will consist of a short teaching about silent meditation followed by prayers.
