Pauline Boyer, 95, lived in New Milford

Mrs. Boyer was born July 26, 1915, in Peekskill, N.Y., daughter of the late Eugene and Cullen (Hosfeldt) Ferris.
She attended Peekskill schools.
Mrs. Boyer was a resident of Bethel from 1956 until 2006 when she moved to New Milford to live with her son.
She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in New Milford.
Mrs. Boyer was known to be a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Boyer is survived by a son, Charles R. Boyer, of New Milford; a daughter, Carolyn A. Johnsen, of Elmhurst, Ill.; a brother, Charles Ferris, of Tarrytown, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Glenn S. Johnsen, of Elmhurst, Ill., and Gloria Hope, of Senatobia, Miss.; and seven great-grandchildren, Rylan, Johanna, Clara, Andrew, Sarah, Brianna and Jacob.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Bethel.
Colonial Funeral Home in New Milford was in charge of arrangements.
