Parent education workshop set

The New Milford Youth Agency will hold the second of three monthly Saturday morning parent education workshops Feb. 23 from 9 to 11 a.m.

"Raising a Good Digital Citizen: How to Help Your Child Use Technology Safely and Responsibly" will be offered at The Maxx at 94 Railroad St.

Kelly Mullins, a community educator from the Women's Center of Danbury, will discuss: how to help a child navigate online relationships and reputation; understand the opportunities and challenges offered by the explosion of technology; the real online dangers and how to keep a child safe; and strategies for managing technology use in a home.

Free child care will be offered.
