FAMILY

Trunk or treat!

A free alternative to trick or treating on Halloween will be offered Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the New Milford Village Green. Call Parks & Recreation at 860-355-6050 to register a car, or just arrive that day to trick or treat.

YOUTH

Baby-sitting with confidence

Instruction will be offered to 11-14 year olds Nov. 6 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the recreation office at 47 Bridge Street at the cost of $65.

ADULT

Men's 30 & older

basketball

A league is being formed to play Monday and Wednesday games from 6:30 to 10:15 from December through March at Sarah Noble School. The number of teams will depend on the number of players.

Zumba

Debi Fitzgerald will instruct Latin-inspired dance fitness in sessions meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays from Nov. 20 to Jan. 31 at the recreation office at 47 Bridge Street. Cost will be $65.
