To the Editor:
Our mission is to provide established and emerging artists with a venue to share their artwork with the public.
All gallery activities are free and open to the public. We depend heavily on volunteers, both members and nonmembers, to do the many jobs required to put on exhibitions, receptions, and auctions.
These volunteers cannot be thanked enough for their time and effort.
This year, wonderful receptions were provided for our guests. We thank Big Y of New Milford and Davis IGA of Kent for the quality of refreshments they provided.
Karen Chase deserves special thanks for her desserts.
Several Kent restaurants donated hors d'oeuvres, helping us make each reception unique and allowing visitors to become aware of the wonderful restaurants available in Kent.
Kent Art Association thanks the Fife'n Drum, Doc's Trattoria, J. P. Gifford Market & Catering Company and the Villager Restaurant for their generosity.
Visit Kent to enjoy fine art, dining and scenery.
