One of the featured sales persons in a newly published book, "The Art of the Sale," is Carolyn Klemm, founder of Klemm Real Estate, which serves the Greater New Milford area.

According to author Philip Delves Broughton, Ms. Klemm's success in selling real estate in Litchfield County is achieved by forming instant connections, finding a common bond and introducing potential clients through wonderful lavish cocktail parties.
