The New Milford Historical Society will offer a children’s spring break workshop, “The Owl Pellet Discovery,” April 12 from 1 to 4 p.m.

The hands-on workshop will be led by educator Bob Coppola.

Children will discover the life cycle of owls, the food chain and the interaction of predator and prey through a dissection and examination of their pellets.

The program is designed for students in third through sixth grades; it is limited to 15 students.

The cost is $10 and includes all materials.
